All guests use our facilities at own risk

We cannot accept responsibility for any injuries, accidents, theft or damages occurred whilst utilizing these facilities

 

FOR YOUR SAFETY

 

Please be careful when moving around on boats

Surfaces are slippery when wet

Ensure a firm grip when walking around on boats

Children must be supervised at all times

 

DOCK RULES

 

To preserve our wooden boats, no high heeled shoes are allowed on or in boats

Strictly no smoking in boats

 

IN CASE OF FIRE

 

Abandon ship and meet at allocated safety spot

 

IN CASE OF HEAVY STORMS OR LIGHTING SCARE

 

We reserve the right to vacate all yachts for the duration of a storm

 

IN CASE OF FLOODING

 

Do attempt to sail your way out of it. Follow normal evacuation procedure.

All rooms are strictly non-smoking

 

RATES

 

Rates are subject to availability and fluctuations. All rates are per night on a unit basis or as otherwise indicated.

 

RESERVATIONS

 

No reservations are confirmed without proof of full payment

Should a reservation remain unconfirmed,  Mount Noah Lodge reserves the right

to release the reservation.

PAYMENT

 

50% Deposit confirms a reservation-this is non-refundable

Balance to be paid 7 days before checking in

Payments can be made electronically into our bank account.  Banking details to be provided . 

 We do not accept payments via virtual credit card

Kindly use your booking name / invoice number / reservation number as reference for payments and e-mail proof of payment to bookings@mountnoah.co.za

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event an in-house guest checks out prior to the guaranteed departure date, Mount Noah Lodge reserves the right to charge for the full duration of the original booking unless the room is resold for the remainder of the stay.

 

"NO SHOW POLICY"

 

"No-Show" on the first night will lead to automatic cancellation of the reservation and the loss of full payment.
